Customisable footers on web portal

I would like to be able to add a proper site footer to my page with customisable content. This might be regulatory body logos, web links or even just a disclaimer, but this should be editable in the same way as the page editor so that I can make my SchemeServe portal look more like a proper company website.

Even if we could have an option to duplicate the menu bar at the page bottom (and CSS skin), add a disclaimer, add up to 3 social media links (with an icon for each) and add a single logo or picture, that'd be AMAZING.
