Rules export

SchemeServe is brilliant in that you can add rules under so many different situations by using the different drop downs (Scheme/Insurer/Type/Status).  However, when you are searching for a rule or updating rules it can often be really difficult to find the rule(s) you are after.

An export function would be so handy for this.  It would also give you the ability to view all rules on a scheme and review them in one document.

If rules could be exported into a CSV file this would be perfect.  Perhaps with the following headings:
