Always Run command for Rating Files

Currently when Update Rates is selected in the matrix tab of a record, only the calculation fields are updated from the Rating File and none of the non calculation fields, such as hidden total fields, IncludeEndorsement rules etc..

For a lot of cases this is fine, but for some where perhaps the trade description is amended resulting in different default endorsements to be applied or the sums insured are amended and there is a hidden total field summing a number of fields, it can cause a problem and the only way to overcome it is to make the amendments and then select requote.  Rather than creating a new record it would be useful to be able to apply the changes to the existing record.

If there was a command like 'AlwaysRun', which you could place in front of those commands in the ratings file which you'd like to re-run every time Update Rates is selected this could overcome this.   It could maybe work something like this:
