Check if anything has changed at Adjustment

It's possible to check if calculation fields are different from first premiums by using "Get Cover" on adjustment rules, but I can't pickup text fields such as names, addresses and notes which frequently change on MTA's. 

I'd like some kind of referral / system note / document to highlight any changes from the original policy.

  This would be extremely useful as it is currently not possible to see what has changed when a user creates an MTA. It may be only one question of 300. We currently can't allow user MTA's because of this.
