"Select All" referrals button

Sorry if this has been raised before......

Now multipage has come into play the number of referrals can be rather large.  A little "Select All" button at the top of the refferals box would save a lot of achy fingers.

  HI, If you mean clearing referrals, theres a link on the popup box that says 'Check All' and if you press it, it changes to 'Uncheck all'. 

  It checks (or unchecks) all of the boxes in the referrals list, ready for you to press 'Clear Referrals'

  No achy fingers required.
