Claim Type Upload By CSV

Currently each claim type has to be inserted manually and in turn for each scheme. The idea being that either a File Upload is able to be referenced instead of having to manually type each claim variation, or being able to upload a CSV with the applicable claim types and excesses. This would save having to replicate the same work across multiple schemes.
