Expand multiple properties individually in MultiPage for Comparision

When a case is quoted with multiple addresses and we go to the Questions Tab as an Admin User: 
Currently, all properties are listed and display. When you select one of the properties using the dropdown box, the others are removed from view. So we pretty much have a choice of viewing ALL properties or just one property. 
When working on a case that could have 10+ properties, you may want to look and compare 2 or three in isolation. This is currently not possible to do.

What you should have is a list of all the properties/multi pages, listed by Key Question, and a +/- button next to each so you can expand and collapse the question for each property/page.

I understand this conflicts with your current "delete" button, but I am sure that can be solved somehow.
