Auto generated policy documents are currently sent from a site/company level email address. We suggest sending these documents from a brand/scheme level address
Currently all auto generated policy documents by SchemeServe come from Site level which may not always reflect the actual scheme, or branding behind a scheme, in place and other users may face the same issue.
I would like to explore whether there is a benefit to other SchemeServe users being able to deliver the ability to apply the appropriate email sender address based on brand so that it is properly reflects the brand/scheme being presented to the policyholder. To illustrate this thought a site level email address would be xxxxx@companyname.com which would be used irrespective of actual scheme/brand being sold whereas the preference would actually be to step it down a level around the brand itself such as xxxxx@brandname.com.

Seems reasonable. You would have to take steps to ensure that your brand email addresses are real, and are setup correctly as the 'main' email addresses are, otherwise you risk being seen as spam. But thats only the same level of setup as you currently do for the main email address.
