Index linking user interface

I'd like to see a user interface added that enables the easy setting (ahead of time) of index linking figures for renewals on a month by month basis in addition to a SystemID selector that they apply to. For example, being able to specify that if the renewal is in March the [BuildingSI] should be increased by 2.3% and the [ContentsSI] and [StockSI] at 3.1%.
