Ability to define in the rules whether a document should be sent via a link or PDF attachment

At present when you setup a rule to send a document, it will follow the rules of the scheme in terms of whether or not it sends a doc or a link. It's be good if this could be determined at rule level though for certain exceptions.

  Ok, cool.

  it would help if I could understand if you could give an example when you might want to ignore the scheme settings for a particular rule?

  I'm not sure I can explain that John.

  I just mean that when we say, for example, IF Status = Hold Cover, Issue Document to Agent & Client....that there is secondary box to determine whether we're sending that the the Agent/Client with a link to the document OR attaching it as a PDF.
