Automatic email chase

Would it be possible to have a facility within SS to auto email a client 24 hours (for example) after they have received a quotation?  So, on a B2C system, we can pre-set emails that go out if the case hasn't been accepted over various periods of time.  Emails to stop once cover accepted.
