Hidden Questions
When an internal user is viewing the questions tab within a case it shows all the questions, headers etc irrespective of triggers. What would be helpful, especially on complicated question sets and for ease of staff, is if the questions were displayed as the client saw. So if a staff member wanted to amend the question set when the status of a case is 'Quotation', the system would show/hide subsequent questions as if the client were doing it.
