Ability to see original insurer on a case

If the insurer is changed on a case matrix, the activity log simply says "The policy was modified (Modified on the 'Matrix' tab)". 

When a broker queries rates/referrals it is incredibly difficult to workout how they were applied if they have changed insurers. Could you please make this information clear in the activity log?
