Total Commission from Insurer to be available in reports

Can you make it possible to get the total commission from insurers on a report please. 
At the moment I need to add the Commission from Insurer from each risk group.

An all encompassing id like there is for the broker commission (TotalCommission_IndexLevel0_Result) would be extremely handy.

It would also be nice to see this value on the case matrix (I think that may have been raised on another feature request).
