On Cover Summary Screen to detail only issued documents

When a client goes through the get quote process and buys cover an email sent to the client/agent correctly attaching all documents only created by rules for OnCover status.  The On Cover Summary screen however, shows all created documents including the quote documents previously sent to the client/agent.

We would prefer it if the documents attached to the On Cover summary screen replicated the relevant documents sent with the email.
