Ability to localise agent records at system level

At present all agent records show postcode, county and GBP's and don't allow for the localisation we can apply at scheme level - where trading with international clients our users will need to be able to switch this in their system to reflect the country of trading. This will include and directly relate back to agents signing up to trade with that client.
