Total Commission from Insurer to be added to case matrix

The case matrix seems to give every figure you could want, except the Total Commission From Insurer.

All the commissions are given per risk group but no total.  this would be really handy to have.

Suggest it is positioned Below the total premium, and Above the commission to Broker.

  This would be very useful to see on the case matrix as most of our risk groups have different commissions and it's time consuming to calculate. The field is already available in reports.
