Limits based off questions

It would be hugely useful if question Limits could be set based off other questions. I've attached a mockup of how the limits tab could look. 

I'm working on a scheme that uses a Trade lookup. The lookup contains a class from 1-6 for each trade. Any trade that is below class 3 gives the user the option to have a lower excess period, whereas trades above class 2 can't allow lower options. With the new Limit feature, we would be able to restrict the options during the quote instead of adding a referral at the end.

  This would be very useful .We often have requirements to show/hide questions based on a lookup against another question.
