Increasing Search Tab Criteria
CompletedIncreasing Search Tab criteria
The new search tab that states “Enter something to search for. It can be a case number, a clients or agents name, or some other piece of text or date you know about and we'll see if we can find what you're looking for”.
Currently when you enter the name into the search, you get a long list of all of their policies. I was looking for a particular address and the only way I could find this was to individually “View” each of the many entries until I could match up the premium & then check the schedule. This method is only practical if there is only one policy, but when there are many, (as with a common surname like Davies), this time-consuming method of searching
Therefore suggest the flowing include the ability to search for risk addresses and postcodes then list all the matches displaying the flowing information
Client name
Clients risk addresses with newest record first (if it is a renewal case list all the policies year on year)
Policy number
And inception date
This will not only speed the search process up but prevent having to go through each record found to see if it is the one you are looking for.
Look forward to your thoughts
