New question type to store 3 part names.

We are trying to resolve a problem surrounding legal entity names on documents and bordereaux and when sanction checking and feel that a new field type is required in schemeserve as follows:

We currently have a field type of Client.ContactName which splits the name into 3 parts. This is great for use as a contact name but we would also like to use the 3 part name to capture insured names either as individual questions or in tables. For example, I could have an insured name of "Mr John Smith and Mrs Jeanette Smith and Mr John Doe and Mrs Jane Doe trading as Smith and Doe". We could also have Smith and Doe Ltd. as a legal entity name on another policy of a similar type making it difficult to capture. If we had access to a "Name" question type similar to Client.ContactName this would allow us to capture all of these types using a table for names and a further question for company/trading as name. With the surnames being stored separately we would then be able to easily check against a sanctions list lookup at quote stage or against the sanctions check web API.

I feel that this would also be useful when creating bordereaux as more and more insurers are asking for information split into component parts recently.
