Archive Uploaded Documents

Currently, our agents upload supporting policy documentation via the case notes tab. An event note is created within the activity tab noting this.

These documents seem to be stored against the version of the policy that the documents were uploaded to. If this version is deleted the documents are too.

We would like to see a function within each policy where these documents are still accessible even if the version of the policy is deleted.
