Improve option text when changing insurer on a case matrix

If we need to change insurer for a case but want to keep all the rates in place for the quoted insure we select the new insurer from the dropdown for each risk group. When the new insurer is selected a message appears confirming whether to change the rates. If you do not want to change the rates you press cancel.

I think the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are a bit misleading as you would assume that "Cancel" means "don't update the insurer". 
I must confess, I didn't know it was possible to update the insurer and not the rates until it was explained by a developer, because of the word "Cancel".

I suggest you change "OK" to "OK - Update Rates" and change "Cancel" to "Cancel - Keep Rates as they are"
