Add YOA to Claims Tab Report and Reports in general

A number of bordereaux templates require the Year Of Account to be given, but I cannot currently get this due to not being able to use [Case.InceptionDate]  in a formula in reports.

It is also required in the Claims tab report but the data in this report is all pre-defined

The YOA is the inception year of the first or renewal record of a policy.  So for MTAs it is not the year of the MTA but of the Original premium. For renewals it is the inception year of the renewal.  

Having the original inception date available in reports for formulas would help with this a lot (however, it would not help the Claims tab report)
