Ability to generate a referral for a 'Bad Client'

It would be beneficial for us to be able to generate a referral for any client marked as a 'bad client'

  Hi Richard,

  I am pleased to announce that you can now create a rule which will refer if the client is bad.  

  If you go into rules a new condition has been added called 'Client Status' and the only option is 'Blocked'.  The action can then be set to refer. Please see picture attached.
