Additional "Off Line" Status
Often brokers can enter cases onto schemeserve but they do not fit the binders available. In this case the information will be sent to another insurer and may be put on cover with them.
In this scenario brokers may start getting confused when they see these cases on SchemeServe marked as NTU or Declined when they have actually been place on cover (just not on SchemeServe).
It would be very handy to have a status of "Off Line" so that it is clear this went on cover somewhere else.
This status could also be extremely useful to create reports to see how much business is not fitting the binders and could help spot gaps in the binders etc.

How would we handle when that case expired to the external system? Or maybe this is just to indicate that, although SchemeServe captured the quote, the user should look elsewhere to see if paid up to date, still on cover, can claim against it....
Would never move away from "Off Line", and would be treated like NTU as far as SchemeServe concerned...
