"If Add on Insurer" needed as a condition in Rules
I thought this was raised in the past but cannot find anything....
We need the ability to set a rule based on insurer (whether by name or by ID). Whilst rules are all set by insurer they are set by the "main insurer" so if we need a rule to apply to an add on there is no current way to do this.
So for example if Insurer A is the main insurer and Insurer B is an add on, all rules are created based on Insurer A.
The current example I have is that I need to change commission for any risks the go on cover after 1st Jan. However, the insurer in question is mostly and add on (Insurer B). I can set commission for Insurer A but not Insurer B as it is not the Main insurer.
I have needed this a few times in the past and can only assume it will be needed more in the future as more and more schemes seems to have multiple insurers.
Thanks

We could really do with this, It's a no brainer. At the moment we are putting everything under Insurer A but when we go to change something it makes it very difficult.
It would also solve a problem with multi insurers, at the moment we have 6 different insurer combinations for Property & Liability on our commercial combined scheme. It would be handy to use the liability insurers as the add-on and give them separate rules.
