Risk/Client name to appear in email "Subject"

Can the Risk/Client Name appear on the email subject as well as the case number.  Brokers are not realising they have received their policy documents as the email is not "obvious" enough.

  I agree but could this be solved by allowing the tailoring of email headers/bodies sent by the system?

  I agree, this would make life easier when looking through previous emails sent as well
