Outstanding payaments report

Hi we need the ability to built a report to bring up any premium that is outstanding and has not been paid. This helps us see what we need to cancel plus allows us to show the accountant that both our version of the system and our accounts package say the same thing.

At the moment it is bringing up anything that is due.
