Client list to indicate whether a client is direct or via an agent

Currently when looking at the client list all clients "appear" the same.  There is no way of knowing if the client is direct or via an agent.

The only way I seem to be able to find out is to go into one of the client's cases and get the info from the case itself.

It would be really handy to be able to get this info from the client list.  Whether by making direct clients a different colour or by adding a field stating "direct" or "agent".  I guess you could go one step further and state which agent the client belongs to.
