Welcome emails to include users password

Currently the original Welcome email sent to a broker/user does not include the password.  Most of the time the Main User will set up logins for their brokers and will make up a password (unknown to the broker).  In order to send the broker their password it is currently necessary to Resend the Welcome Email which then includes the password.  The user the receives two emails.

By including the password in the original email it saves having to resend all the Welcome Emails.

  Hi All, there is a rule you can add 'Send Welcome Email (username and password)'  that sends the username and password to the client.

  Further, It automatically creates a random username, based on the email address, and a random password - if there is not one set up.

  Sorry, I don't understand, under what criteria do you set this rule up ?  The Welcome email I was referring to was the original mail sent when setting up an agent in the first place.  Rules are not set up under this criteria...

  I think I am missing something?

  Hi, 

  You said broker/user.  I read that as user...  The email I was referring to is the one they get when first created... The one that gets resent if you click on "Resend Welcome Email" on the user details screen.

  If ive miss understood what you are asking, then oops! Sorry!  tell me and i'll give you a call..

  erm..... I am getting lost.  I think we are talking about the same thing but then you lose me.  Perhaps a chat would be easier :-)
