Ability to add additional fees not subject to IPT

Currently the case Matrix has a Policy Fee filed which is not subject to IPT.

It would be extremely handy to be able to add additional "Fees" that are not subject to IPT, for example an Underwriting Fee or a Survey Fee.  If there were some way of setting these up ourselves (as many or as few as desired) that would be perfect!  They cannot necessarily all be grouped into one fee as they would all be treated very differently in reports.
