Ability to use the question text in documents

We are finding that a lot of time is taken duplicating the questions asked in the question set in documents. For example, if we create a question "How many years have you been in business" with a field name "YearsInBusiness" I would like to be able to use something like "YearsInBusiness_Question" in docs to produce the result "How many years have you been in business".

This would not only result in a time saving when creating and modifying documents but will also eliminate errors retyping the question in docs.

This would also solve the problem of creating documents where questions are updated. i.e. If I change the question "YearsInBusiness" to "How many years have you owned this premises?" this would add the correct text for documents based on either question set version dynamically.
