Ability to email documents uploaded for specific cases

If a document is uploaded onto the Documentation tab of a case, then it is emailed, currently only a link is emailed rather than the document itself.

If this is being sent at the same time as actual attachments there is a danger of the client/broker not seeing the link to the additional document.

Emailing the document itself would be incredibly handy.

  As we send a lot of spearate doc's other than policy doc's this would be very useful for us aswel.
