Ability to add page numbering on docs without a footer

We would like to be able to include the page numbering feature in documents without adding a footer. Adding a footer seems to waste around 5cm of the page when only the page number is required.

  Also, the Page number currently shows the Record Id after, can this be removed as this has no relevance to the client.

  Please note that the superflous document ID has already been removed in the next version of SchemeServe (i.e. the release after this one coming).

  Not as part of this fix, though we're investigating a much bigger related feature which will give you more control in this area.  I can't give more information at this stage but I promise we're very actively listening :)

  Is there any news on this?

  We have had brokers worried that there are pages missing in the docs.  We cannot use the page numbering due to the size of the footer it uses.
