Claims information available for documents

Claims are normally listed in the statement of fact on documents.  Currently the claims system on schemeserve is not "available" to documents.  To get the claim info in documents it is necessary to enter the data twice.

Can the claims fields be available for documents.  It would be really helpful, not to mention saving time in updating the status of the claims at renewal.

  Just another thought.... Another option for this would be for the Renewal Matrix to be able to take the information from "Claims" and copy the relevant information to the question set.
