Insurer Login
Please can we have an "insurer level" user login or ability to change what insurer users can see at user level? Not sure which would be easier. The reason for this is allowing remote audit whilst still maintaining chinese walls for data protection and security. For example claims details will be commercially sensitive so you would not want insurers to access the claims of another insurer etc. but it is often a requirememnt that the insurer has a read only acccess to the system as part of the binder.
I have not included a screen grab as an example as this is in the forum.

Another tick for this feature. It is a requirement of a lot of insurers now that they have access to online systems for auditing. The login would need to prevent any editing whilst still allowing case records to be viewed (which is why Guest login is no good as this just shows the list of cases).
It would also need to show only those cases which are insured by that particular insurer when there is more than one insurer on the system.
