Additional Claims Fields
Please can we have additional standard fields in the claims area i.e.
- Short Description for reports (limited to 100 characters)
- Insured/claimant's reference
- "Standrad Costs" split to: Costs Reserve & Costs Paid
- Loss Adjuster Name
- Maximum Possible Loss
It would also be very useful to have user defined pages for extra fields on a scheme by scheme basis.
This could be set in the questions editor. This would allow flexibility for where tradesmen, garages, repair company, defence solicitors are instructed etc.
Or perhaps an online workflow check - i.e. the user confirms the relevant information has been received, dispatched etc. posibilities are pretty endless.
Whilst making the database more complicated this would make the claims area much much more powerful.
