Improve the claims reporting

The claims reporting needs to be more flexible and allow more data fields to be collated so that a full bordereau can be created including any data the insurer may want on the risk from the case file.

  I have suffered problems in ascertaining the year of account for reporting. The policy period gets updated with each renewal, so it appears that the claim occurred in the most recent YOA when in fact it appeared last year.

  I have submitted requests for a report to create a triangulation but I think they have struggled.
