Refer Filter in Reports

We would like to build a report that allows us to see recent referrals and the reason for referral. This makes sure they do not get missed and the correct underwriter reviews the case before we make an outbound chaser call. So this would mean a new status of "refer" as used on the cases screen and a few extra columns to display the refer reason and level of authority required (1-10).

  This is a good idea and would definitely help in audit reports for insurers.
