Change the order for postcode lookup

Can you reorder the address system when there is a postcode look-up system so that the get address button is the first line?

I have noticed today that in Internet Explorer the list dropdown hides behind other questions. See our scheme

Just to clarify this is what i see on IE9. The box is over the questions, do you see this list behind the questions?
