User Defined SMTP Server
Not plannedWe have had difficulty in making the SPF record stop the emails being marked as SPAM. It would be better if the user could define their own SMTP server so that this did not happen as the MX records would match.
We have followed:

Many thanks for raising this.
In fact, your message has triggered an investigation here and we've made a couple of DNS changes which we think may make a diference to your delivery rates.
I'd be interested in working with you here to see if we can get these up to 100% for you using the inbuilt SchemeServe SMTP servers.
The changes we've made will take at least 24 hours to take effect, do you have specific recipients that you can retry tomorrow?
