Change the Bad Postcode so that it will automatically refers a quote with that postcode

Please can you consider changing the bad postcode section to actually referral any quote on the system with that postcode.

That way it can be used as an emergency measure for example:-

The riots in London:  I had to set every quote on the system to refer as I didn't want to write any of the London postcode during the week of the riots. It would be handy to put either the full postcode or the postcode area in to the system the the rest of the quote can go through as normal.

This can also be used for floods. For example the Cumbria floods a few years ago, it would be handy just to remove the whole area on a temporary basis.
