Allow Brokers/Clients to re-quote from the quote display screen.

This would make re-quoting a case much easier. It would be helpful to have a flag which could be set by an administrator which would either allow or deny a user to re-quote a particular case.

  Hi Mark,

  A link to re-quote is a good idea which a number of users are interested in.  Do you think there any times when the link should not be shown (assuming we don't have the Allow/Deny feature)?

  1. For instance, should it be shown for cases of all statuses?
  2. Should it always be shown to Agents?
  3. For the same statuses as in 1 or different for Agents?
  4. Should it always be shown to Direct Consumers?
  5. For the same statuses as in 1 or different for Consumers?

  Adam, From my point of view I would like the re-quote button available to brokers and direct clients on all cases which are set to referred or quote and in addition risks for admin users.
