'Review Expired Quote' feature for Direct clients

The 'Review Expired Quote' feature is currently used by SchemeServe users and their brokers to re-submit expired or NTU quotes, without needing to re-enter the previous quote details, and tweaking as necessary.

The suggestion for this feature request is to allow clients on Direct schemes to access this feature also.

Important: they would access the feature via the "Your Account" page and not from the Get Quote page brokers currently use.
