YearsSince modifier on Date questions in Question Editor

For date questions, when making comparisons using the Limits system, we may be able to allow comparisons of the years since a date rather than the actual date.

Example: The user would be able to select the question name [Age_YearsSince] instead of [Age] when creating an Option on the question [Age]. They could therefore create the required message to stop a user proceeding.
