Restrict Policy Status Dropdown to Administrators
CompletedThe Status drop-down box could become Administrator-only.
Administrators would still have the ability to update the status of a Case using the Status drop-down box but all other users would have to follow the normal policy life cycle to effect any change in the policy status (i.e. the 'quick status change' buttons, e.g. Start Cover or Invite Renewal).
In all cases, status changes would be recorded and shown via the Activity tab as they always have been.
