SetAnswer from Lookup ...

I see in rules there is an option to SetAnswer from Lookup next delete, is there a way to just SetAnswer from Lookup?  (I can do this in the rating file no problem but didn't know if it was possible in rules as it would be useful to trigger this on a status change and not just when first quoted).
