Issue with Amendment not pulling through to documents - Smallholders
When I add the details into the existing client, it doesn’t process the additional cost or show the item.
The client’s name is John Sxxxxxx, policy number 2xxxxx9, inception date 5th May 2016.
On the calculation matrix the annual premium is £20.97 + IPT, but I can’t work out how to get it to process to show the pro rata premium?
The item is to add into the Specified All Risks section, 2 x Phonak Audeo V90 312 Hearing Aids, £2995.00 value with immediate effect.

Hi Howard,
In the question set immediately above where you have added details of the two items there is a question "Specified All Risks" where you also need to enter the amount to be covered. If you look at the table where you have added the details it states:
"Please provide full details below : The total must equal the amount provided above."
If you put the sum insured in the preceding question that should resolve your issue.
