Risk Description in search facility

We are providing multiple quotes for the same clients, and on the search facility in the cases tab, it only distinguishes quotes by client name. Is it possible to add an extra line for each quote where I can put in a few words to describe the risk (shortened version of the "risk covered" in the questions section), so that I can see which quote refers to which risk? This would save going in and out of multiple cases to find the one I'm looking for.

Any help would be much appreciated.
