ADM 3 Timing Out - Affects Multiple Users
Hi. As discussed on the phone just now, AD3 doesn't seem to be responding properly. Attempts to cancel direct debits for customers, upload daily banking files and run reports seem to be timing out.
Could you look at this as a matter of urgency?

Thank you for raising this. There was an import running on AD3 which has now completed. Please can you test this and let me know if things are back to normal?
Also if you get another issue like this, in the future the best place to raise it is by raising a ticket here:
